Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road regulations.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not only illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without saddle bags, without flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the modification to race version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
