Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst, or the anti-theft screws, or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service
If you purchase online, it is recommended to buy the product from a SELLER IN YOUR COUNTRY to ensure that the item arrives with the appropriate approvals that must also comply with local legislation. Make sure before buying that the seller is trustworthy and offers items suitable for your road network.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens, not for tourists.
No structural modifications of the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is advised to read the instructions in the package or view the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the purchase, with the right to repair by returning it to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
