Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the mounting instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the bike are needed for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or to watch visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the modification to a racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will void the product warranty. This starts from the date of purchase, with the right to repair through return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one being repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
