Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or removing the anti-tampering screws is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this can only be done strictly for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on track only, without bags, without flashlights, and license plate supports or any other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any repair requests will be denied. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or to the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
