For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the store's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or to the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
