No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation shop via email; for physical purchases, the shop's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, and removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the altered gas angle due to the modification for racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer from GPR has been created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, in conjunction with the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, along with the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is tapered, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It is equipped with a black titanium sleeve that is ceramic-treated and resistant to high temperatures, as well as CNC machined caps with a pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or removing the anti-tampering screws is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU regulations; this is only allowed for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with traffic regulations on public road networks.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific type approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code.
