Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws, or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only permissible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install them at a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit only applies to local citizens and not to tourists.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, number plate holder, or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, repair rights are available with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
