Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific certification is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
Side mounting. No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
