Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines, it is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in the event of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during the installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
Side mounting. No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that might conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. Starting from the purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
