Deeptone ATV muffler series, made from hand-brushed 304 stainless steel, with TIG welding on the cone, round shape with a diameter of 100mm.
Collector: The specific collector is provided, including flanges, rings, and the related support kit. The complete GPR system mounts directly onto the cylinders without any structural modifications. After installation, it may be necessary to remap the control unit.

Are db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws, or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must verify beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products at a professional workshop. No claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions; each muffler carries the approval code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are necessary for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and without number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. This is effective from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new muffler in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
