The exhaust comes with a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, flashlight, and number plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different angle of the throttle due to the changes made for racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
