The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the bike's angle due to the change to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair sent back to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
