Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or the anti-tamper bolts or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only permissible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer accepts full responsibility for using the bike as if on the track, without luggage, without a flashlight, and without number plate supports or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the conversion to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and all warranty claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights to GPR factory or nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
