Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the fixings is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each muffler carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight, and plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the modification to a racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be denied. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or to the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new muffler in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
