Are db killers and removable catalytic converters altered? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road network regulations.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If issues are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the gas angle due to the transformation to a racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
