The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any requests for refunds will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
