GPR exhaust compatible with Kawasaki Klx 300 R 2020-2021, New Grand Prix Evo Titanium, homologated and legal, full exhaust system, with removable db killer.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are needed for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or tutorials available on and on youtube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and mounting plate or any other parts that could interfere with the different angle of the gas due to the transformation to a racing version. Any abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with a right to repair returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, coinciding with the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It is equipped with a natural colour titanium sleeve, a black CNC machined end cap with a pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.

Collector: The specific collector is supplied, including flanges, rings, and the related support kit; the complete GPR mounts directly onto the cylinders without structural modifications. After installation, it may be necessary to remap the control unit.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or tampering with anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only permissible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with the regulations of public road traffic.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to undergo annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install products in a professional workshop. No claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information or advice from customer service via email.
