Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only permissible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on track only, without a bag, flashlight, license plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the change to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected.
This starts from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
