The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for race use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any request for repairs will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
