Not road legal. No structural modifications of the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, a flashlight, or a number plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle resulting from the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, customers have the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at their cost.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
