Please note that the product is homologated without a catalyst, so it CANNOT be used in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, and Singapore; claims or requests for replacement will NOT be accepted for orders sent without having correctly consulted the catalogue. For installation, no structural modifications of the bike are needed for using the product in the homologated version. It is recommended to read the instructions contained in the packaging or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email; for purchases in physical stores, the store stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as strictly on tracks, without saddlebags, without indicators, and license plate support or other parts that may conflict with the different acceleration angle due to the conversion to race version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty and any claim will be rejected.
The warranty starts from the purchase, with the right to repair, which can also be sent directly to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must commit to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
