Not road legal. No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in forfeiture of the product warranty and any requests for claims will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair and return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
