Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst, or the anti-tamper screws, or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only allowed for racing use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, without a flash light, and no number plate holder or other parts that could interfere with the different gas angle as a result of the transformation into racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
