The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. This applies from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
