The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the transformation to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the moment of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one under repair, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
