The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and without the number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the time of purchase, any repairs must be done at GPR's factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one needing repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
