Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.

Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bag, flashlight, number plate holder or any other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. This is from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
