GPR Tech Silencer for Approved Motorcycle Evo Ducati Hypermotard 821 2013/2016

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop by email; for physical purchases, the store stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or any other parts that may conflict with the altered gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the time of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo silencer, made in Poppy, has been created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, during its debut with the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, and the LCR team with rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape, ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and length, depending on the chosen motorcycle. It features a stainless steel body with a carbon look finish, CNC machined stainless steel end caps, and a pentagonal outlet with a db killer.

Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the tamper-proof screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with traffic regulations on public road networks.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for mounting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the assembly instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
