No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of gas due to the conversion to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo silencer from GPR, made in Poppy, was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, on the occasion of the debut with the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, and the LCR team with rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape, ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and length, depending on the chosen motorcycle. It features a stainless steel body with a carbon look finish, CNC machined stainless steel end caps, and a pentagonal outlet with a db killer.

Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with the regulations of public road traffic.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for mounting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
