Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws, or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and registration plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different angle of gas due to the transformation to racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
