No structural modification of the bike is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email to certificato@GPR.it; for physical purchases, a stamp from the shop is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db-killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db-killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that may interfere with the different throttle angle resulting from the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with repair rights with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard timeframe for repair.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, on the occasion of the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a length that varies according to the bike. It is equipped with a natural colour titanium sleeve, a black CNC machined end-cap with a pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.
