Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or removing the anti-tampering screws or the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, it is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and seek information and/or advice from customer service immediately.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions included in the package or view tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that may interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one being repaired; the customer must agree to re-fit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
