Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or tamper-proof screws, or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; it is only possible for RACING use on tracks; using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and with no license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the gas due to the transformation into a race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, the right to repair exists with the return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
