Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or breaking anti-tamper screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific approval certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions, each silencer bears the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to seek immediate information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens, not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on track only, without luggage, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the gas due to the transformation into a race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot supply a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
