Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on db killer and catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives, this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; any claims will not be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without flashlights and licence plate holders or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one under repair; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
