Are dbkillers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the dbkiller and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not only illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on track only, without saddlebags, without a flashlight and license plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the altered gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
