Removable dbkillers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the dbkiller and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as the installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service
If you buy online, it is recommended to purchase the product from a seller in YOUR COUNTRY to ensure that the item arrives with the appropriate approvals that must also comply with local legislation. Make sure before buying that the seller is trustworthy and offers items for your road network.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials on visible platforms and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes on the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the closest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
