Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks; using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials and those on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that could interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
