Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or the anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that might conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claims for refund will be rejected. From the time of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
