No structural modification of the bike is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop by email, while for physical purchases, a shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike track-only, without bags, without flashlight and number plate holder, or other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the time of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, during the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and varying lengths depending on the bike. It features a black titanium sleeve treated with ceramic for high temperature resistance, and CNC-machined caps with pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the fittings is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
