Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from the customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorbike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or viewable tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not only illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorbike as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that may interfere with the different gas angle due to conversion to the race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one for repair; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
