No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, a stamp from the shop is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike solely on the track, without a bag, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or any other parts that might conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, coinciding with the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It is equipped with a natural colour titanium sleeve, a black CNC machined end cap with a pentagon outlet, and a silencer.

Are removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws, or removing the mount is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public roadway regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for mounting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions; each silencer has the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and to immediately seek information and/or assistance from customer service.
