Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or security screws, or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of improper installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues experienced during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without saddle bags, without flashlights and license plate supports or any other parts that might conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will void the product warranty. The warranty starts from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
