GPR exhaust compatible with Benelli Leoncino 500 2017-2024, New Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium, legal exhaust, approved, silencer with removable db killer and specific link pipe.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It's recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it's necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email to certificato@GPR.it; for physical purchases, the shop's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair and return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The Grand Prix first line was introduced in 2005, during the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape varying from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a length that varies according to the motorcycle. It is fitted with a ceramically treated black titanium sleeve that is resistant to high temperatures, and CNC machined end caps with pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Removable db killers? Altering db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits; using the open version on the road is non-compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalizador is needed in their country to comply with public road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code.
