Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Tampering with the welds on the db killer and catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific approval certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is advisable to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to transforming into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to GPR factory or nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in exchange for the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
