No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch the visible tutorials on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle only on the track, without bags, flashlights, or licence plate holders, or any other parts that might interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer from GPR has been created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championships. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, on the occasion of the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It is equipped with a ceramic-treated black titanium sleeve resistant to high temperatures, and CNC machined caps with a pentagonal exit and db killer.
