Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or removing the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations. This is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug-and-play, but it's still recommended to have them installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If you encounter issues during installation, you must stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for the installation to use the product in an approved version. It is advisable to read the instructions in the package or view the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, license plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the changed gas angle due to the modification to the race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in a loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
