Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tampering screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, this is only permissible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and seek immediate information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not only illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on track only, without any bags, flashlight, and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the gas due to the conversion to race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any request for a refund will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
