Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof bolts or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions, each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different angle of the throttle due to the change to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair through return to GPR factory or nearest official distributor at customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
