Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not in compliance with EU regulations; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer has the approval code. If any problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on a track only, without saddlebags, flashlight, and licence plate holder or any other parts that might conflict with the altered gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one for repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
